Submit a letter of request addressed to the DRRMC secretariat and have its hard copy received or send the request letter thru DRRMO email mdrrmosanjuan@gmail.com
Agency Action :
1. Feedback for area assessment, and approval of the request
2. The Inspection team fills out Dispatch Order, conducts ocular inspection and make recommendations to the DRRMC Secretariat
3. Upon recommendation of the Inspection Team, the DRRMC Secretariat notifies the requesting party and coordinates with the concerned Barangay Officials for actions to be taken
