Step 1
Submit a letter of request addressed to the DRRMC secretariat and have its hard copy received or send the request letter thru DRRMO email mdrrmosanjuan@gmail.com
Agency Action :
1. Receives the request letter and forwarded to the Office of the Mayor for approval.
2. Determination of the availability/ status of the equipment being requested.
3. Scheduling of equipment being requested.
4.Designation of personnel (manpower if needed)
5. Informs the requesting entity for the status of their request.
